Unlike our competitors that only offer 30 or even 15 days, we offer 365 days to return a part and we make the process very simple and truly hassle free!
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a full refund. While our competitors have strict rules about returning electrical, gas, or special order parts, we let you return any part you buy from us!
We'll even pay for return shipping if the return is a result of our error. Just let us know and we'll provide you with a prepaid shipping label. Please make sure to use the label, as no refunds will be issued for any shipping cost if you decide not to use our shipping label.
- You may return your purchase for up to 365 days from the purchase date.
- You may return any part purchased from us, including electrical, gas, or special order parts.
- Parts must be in resalable condition.
- All gas and electrical parts must not have been installed.
- Returned items that have been installed will not be returned to customer.
- Full refund means price paid plus any applicable tax excluding original shipping charge.
- Once your return is received and processed by our warehouse staff (usually within 72 hours of receipt), we will credit your credit card or original method of payment within a few days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
