I started the wash cycle and checked the water level inside the unit when it completed filling. Note that on my model a water level of 1 1/2 inches seems like it would bring the water over the level of the door. I do see the trap area fill with water and the level come up to just under an inch (not 1.5") in the unit consistently. (I rigged the door switch so I could keep the door open and watch during the cycle - which would give me a shower if working correctly) When the sprayers activate there is still no water coming from the top at all, and only 4" or so coming from the bottom. Like you, my money is on the circulation pump. Based on this description what do you think? 2. Also while exploring inside I found a medium sized crack in the connecting pipe between the bottom and top sprayer. While the contributes to the low pressure problem, it does so only slightly. When I block it with my thumb the pressure comes up, but only very slightly. Even so, I would like to replace the part. Do you sell this part or the whole assembly and can you give me the number? 3. Finally, any instructions on replacement of the circulation pump you can provide are greatly appreciated. Thanks again for your prompt and thoughtful response. The unit is making an abnormal noise during the wash cycle when the spray arms would normally be engaged. It spurts water out about four inches only from the bottom arm and nothing out of the top. Drains ok when we hit cancel drain. Like me, the previous poster seemed to suspect the circulation pump went bad. You also seem to suggest in your reply however that the water valve may be the culprit. I like your suggestion better since the valve is much cheaper. :) Could you suggest a procedure that would help me isolate which one it is? If the water valve is the problem, you can check the water level inside the unit. When you start the dishwasher, there should be about 1½" of water inside the unit. If the water level is low, then the valve is the problem. If the water level is correct, then you will need to replace the circulation pump AP2826384. Hope this helps. Bottom arm not moving but water emminating from holes on arm. The top spray arm and top water jet do not appear to be functional. Cleared debri can not find manual unsure this part is my problem. Asked by Jaun for Model Bosch 43C Juan, The control unit AP4375276 determines when to drain the dishwasher, based on inputs from various sensors or a pre programmed cycle on the "chip". Since you don't have fail/error codes, and the drain hose is not obstructed, the first thing to check would be the drain pump AP2802385 and the drain flapper and sump area for clogs and proper movement, operation.
