Unit not draining, water pumps when running during wash cycle.

Hello Randy. Check and see if the drain hose is clogged. If it is clear, you will want to check the drain pump for debris. If the pump is clear, and there is power coming to the pump during drain, you will need to replace the pump assembly. You can test this with a multi-meter AP3873826. The cycle is not advancing past the initial pump out. The control has been changed. I suspect the float switch, how do I get to it and how do I test it?

Hello, you will need to remove both the lower panels in order to access the float switch. Thanks!
