Thanks for all your efforts, especially with the stainless steel cooktop.
Everyone else suggested I buy a new cooktop at a cost of $1,000.00.
I sent you a check in yesterday's mail. You should get it within a couple
of days.

Questions & Answers

Hello Pat,
First, I need you to double check the model number as the one here isn't valid. Next, is the unit actually filling with water? Normally if the detergent isn't dispensing, the unit either isn't getting water or it isn't circulating the water. Check and see if the missing cap is stuck under the float for the float switch. Is the detergent dispenser opening? I just need a bit more information to help you properly. Thank you.

Tammi, according to your model number the lower dishrack roller is part number AP3193024 and the axle is part number AP4412605. The axle has been redesigned and will work on your appliance. Thanks!

Georgia, A couple of things, First, If you look closely, I think you'll find that the wheels are "rivetted" on the metal support leg, not screwwed on. There are several rack adjuster versions, and they aren't interchangeable, and a couple have been discontinued, so it's very important to have the model number off the serial plate, located in the top, left hand side of the tub flange or door, to assist you properly. Thanks and good Luck
