Hello Robert, There are several parts that can cause this complaint. They are as follows: Idler pulley AP2043227, the rear drum bearing kit AP2619300, the front drum support bearing AP3790641, the bearing slide AP3206716(two of these), and the front drum support bearing glide AP3206948(two of these also).

Hello Brian. You will need to check and see if the front glides AP3206948 are bad or if the rear bearing AP2619300 is bad and will need to be replaced on the unit. You will need to remove the drum from the dryer to check these parts.

Hello Sheena. You need to order 2 AP3206948 and they go on the top of the drum bearing, and order 2 AP3206716 and they install on the sides of the bearing.

George, the drum slides come one per package. You will have to order two. For the white slides order AP2041815. For the green slides order AP631382. Thanks!
