Hello! According to the model number supplied, KSB5CR3, and the manufacturer the drive coupling AP2930430 is the correct replacement coupling used on your appliance. I have also check our older system cards for this model and this part shows to be correct. Have you checked to make sure that the threaded part of the coupling is not stuck on the base of the unit? Hello Brenda. The numbers are the same for the coupling AP2930430. One is the manufacture number and the other is our inventory number. If the unit is dragging, then the speed control, or the armature may be bad in the unit. Hope this helps.
