I just had to write about how happy I am with your service and I haven't even received the item I ordered yet! I received a very quick response to my question about why the glass in my oven door shattered. I then received a price on a new one and the link, which took me directly to the part I needed! It was so easy. Still, I was a little leery about doing any repairs myself. I wrote back and asked if the part came with installation instructions. I received a wonderful letter back from Roman, which stated that the part did not come with installation instructions, but he very specifically wrote and emailed me the instructions on how to install the glass in the door. Hello Bob. On most models, that use this filter AP3710633, it is located in the toe panel of the unit. You will push a button beside the filter to remove it. Hope this helps.
