Questions & Answers

Hello Sherwin. You may have something in between the inner tub and outer tub , like a small sock or something , you should be able to turn the tub, I have sent you the complete service manual on this unit , this is where I would start remove the agitator, check under it then check in between the top ring and tub, hopefully you will find it there , if not keep going you may have to remove the inner tub also, but most likely this will be your problem, the belts are not suppose to be tight , it explains this in the manual , thank you

Hello Sherwin. Here is the lid AP4029247 switch this also works as a safety , so if the unit will fill with water and then just set there this may be the answer, and where I would start. I have sent you the service manual to help you further along that explains in detail how the lid switch works, thank you and good luck !

Over4D, The roller kit would be a good pace to start, You need to remove the belts and make sure the motor and glide assembly move freely, back and forth, and the springs maintain a proper tension on the assembly, another quick test, slightly pull back on the motor assembly, in order to put more tension on the belt. Check your pump belt tension and adjust if necessary. there should be 1/8 to 1/4 inch clearance between the 2 inner belt surfaces, if you grip and squeeze the belt in the center. Otherwise, you'd have a bad transmission. Good Luck and Thanks

Hello Jonathon! The rollers on the dryer for model LSE7804ACE should be part number AP4008534. Both should be replaced at the same time. To have a tech repair the appliance is quite expensive. He/She is more than likely charging for parts and labor to install. I have located a link on our repair forum that may help you understand the repair of this part, maybe you can help save by doing the repair :) Hope it helps!
