I'm trying to install the upper spray arm and the instructions say that I also have to install a new coupling because the arm is a different size. I'm trying to remove the old coupling, as shown in the enclosed diagram, with a screwdriver and it does not come off. It just seems to bend it. I don't want to damage the feeding tube. What should I do?
ANSWER Hello Tom. You need to use the screwdriver like the instructions say. This is the only way to remove the coupling.
