Good morning. We are all of a sudden experiencing problems with or Bosch dishwasher. The items on the top rack are left dirty at the end of the wash cycle, and I have noticed there is still a lot of water droplets on the inside roof of the dishwasher. We have cleaned out all the pipes and checked and there is nothing blocking the pump. I'm not sure what to do now? Please can you help?
Regards Aase Bailey
ANSWER Hello Aase,
This is either a water fill issue or a circulation issue. There could be insufficient water filling the unit or debris in and around the impeller of the circulation motor. The most common issue with these units is the water inlet valve so I would investigate the water fill level first and then follow through to the water circulation.
