My unit basin fills with water and pours out on the floor from the bottom door seal. It does not appear to be draining. I took out the filter assembly at the bottom of the tub and found shattered glass on the inside parts of the screen against the drain ports. Would this cause the drain pump to fail? Is this the sign of a bad drain pump?

ANSWER Mike, The drain pump would be a good place to start 167082, If you had glass in the circulation pump and drain holes, you most likely have glass in the drain impeller, and a damaged drain pump, and/or clogs in the drain hose system. Thanks and Good Luck
