My Thermador upper oven does not hold the correct temperature. The display will read 350° but the oven is only at 250° and now when I press for the lower oven on the display, that switch is dead I cannot select the lower oven on the display to turn it on. The lower oven was maintaining the correct temperature before the oven selector pad stopped allowing the lower oven selection? I tried turning the oven off at the breaker to try to reset the computer but it did not help.
ANSWER Hello Jackie,
This sounds like you have lost one leg of you 240Vac power supply. This will be either at the breaker, in the junction box where the unit is hardwired to the home wiring, or on the control board. Since you didn't specify which of the two model number you listed is the model of your unit, we cannot list an accurate part number. The model number you should list is on the units' I.D. tag. The issue with the lower oven sounds like the touch panel may be faulty also.
