My dishwasher takes forever to complete the entire cycle (3 to 4 hours) and, although it appears to get stuck at "1 minute" to go, it DOES eventually finish the cycle. Does this sound like the problem is the control module or is it likely that something else is also in need of repair? Dishes come out clean/rinsed/dry and there doesn't appear to be any standing water after the wash/dry cycles are completed. Will my problem likely be fixed with the installation of a new control module?

ANSWER Hi. It sounds like the heater 480317 is bad. You will need to test for 120 volts going to the heater in the dry mode. If voltage is not there, you will need to replace the control board 266746. If there is voltage there, you will replace the heater assembly. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Thank You.
