ANSWER Hello Julie,
We do not have instructions that we can email to replace the ring gasket. In order to change out the ring gasket you will need to turn off power and lift unit out of counter top. Once out there are 10 screws around the perimeter that will allow you to be able to lift top. Once top is lifted then you would push up on the element and lift element out. Once out you can remove other components and replace ring.
