My bosch dishwasher is not filling with water. I removed the water inlet valve. I checked power to the valve, ok. I checked continuity at the valve, ok. I cleaned the valve and put it back in. I see water being pulled into the pressure chamber but it is not reaching the inside of the dishwasher. In fact, the dishwasher goes right back to draining. Do you think my water inlet valve does not let water pass with enough pressure or is the valve either all good or all bad? Should I look at the circulation pump?
ANSWER Hello Iam70,
You should replace the water valve 00425458 since it is the cause of water getting into the main base and making the drain pump kick on. This is a mechanical issue inside the valve usually caused by mineral deposits and sedimentation from the water supply.
