One element (part no. 82502) does not work. I replaced it but still it does not heat up. How do I determine if in fact the ceramic block 13020 is faulty and not the element?

ANSWER Hello Pier, I am not sure what model you are working on but if you're talking about the top element on a range or cooktop, if it's not the element and your connection is good with the receptacle and block, check your infinite switch that controls the element. I would be more specific but you did not provide a model number. Hope this helps!
