The evaporator fan runs for 1.5 seconds, then off for 1.5 seconds, almost 24/7, occasionally runs for a longer period. seems to do this wheher the compressor is running or not. Any help you can give will be greatly appreciated, driving my wife and consequently me, nuts. Temperature is normal although we have the setting way low and have had some milk freezing.

ANSWER Hi. Remove the back cover and clean the back, condenser coils and the condenser. fan really well. Open the fresh food door and hold the door switch shut. Listen for the damper part # 241600902 flapper is continuously opening and closing as well. and not allowing the freezer temperatures to circulate into the fresh food side. Thank You.
