In regards to the agitator: I remove the softner cap and cup dispensor to clean them out. I have noticed water in the center of the agitator. This water does not apear to drain out after a spin cycle. Is there something wrong with the agitator or is this normal. Also the water seems to be a bit stagnant so I have to assume it is not draining out. Any insight will be greatly appreciated.
John for Model Number FWS933FS0
ANSWER Hello John. It is not common for the agitator to hold dirty old water. You need to check and make sure the weep hole on the agitator is not clogged. If there is not one on the model number you provided, you will need to check and see if the agitator is cracked and allowing water to enter the agitator. It may be fine and only needs to be removed and the old water cleaned out of the agitator. If it is cracked or bad, you will need to replace the agitator 131427200.
