Hello!
I have a combo Frigidaire GLGH1642FS0 washer/dryer (electric dryer). my problem is that when I run the dryer, on initial startup the whole drum sounds like its scraping on one side, but when it gets up to temperature, the sound goes away. the scraping sound comes back when the temp drops or when the heating element stops heating. Do you know which part to replace? I am thinking the bearing, but im not sure why the scraping sound goes away once the dryer is "hot".

ANSWER Hello Edmond,
Yes it does sound like the bearing 131777700 that is bad. The reason it would stop grinding when it gets to temp is because of expansion of the metal allowing the bearing to roll a little more free than when it first starts.
