The refrigerator door does not shut by itself. Would the problem be the bearing in the door or the hinge? It also squeaks.
ANSWER Hello Sarah,
The problem is either that the screw has come out of the door cam on the bottom door hinge or the cam 240457701 has broken. The squeaking makes me think that the screw has backed out and is rubbing as the door opens and closes. This part requires that the doors be removed in order to install them on the hinges unless it's the screws backed out. I have been able on some models, to tighten the screws with a 90° screwdriver without removing the doors. This is only on select models though. Yours may or may not have to be removed. You just can't tell from the parts explosion as you can by looking at the unit.
