The dish washer pump serves two functions. It runs the wash impeller forcing water through the spray arm and its drain impeller forces water through the drain pipe. While my washer is getting some water, it is not getting any water in the pipe that brings the water up to the top of the dishwasher where it dumps into the spray arms. I'm assuming this means there is a bad switch that controls the pump's wash impeller or the wash peller is bad. Do you know of a way I can test the switch that works the wash impeller?
Thanks.

ANSWER Hi Bud. The float (part # 154775401), stem engages the float sw.(part #154225501) that turns the water valve on and off (part # 154637401). This will allow water fill to the bottm of the heater assy. The internal filter,154775401 and wash arms should be cleaned so the pressure is supplied through out. The pump is part # 5304475805. Thank you.
