The ice would not change from cube to crushed. Unplug ribbon cable by accident. Then plug it back in. Now the ice & water runs all the time want stop.

ANSWER Hello Bob. You will need to check and see if the mocro switch 241689101 is stuck on the unit. If not, then the power board 241708201 and the interface 241708303 will need to be replaced with the solenoid 241675701. This will repair both problems with the unit. Hope this helps.
