The top oven turns on but doesn't go past 135 pre bake. The broiler unit does not work. I got a diagnosis by just using a flashlight-he didn't even open the oven... that the relay board needs to be replaced (part #318022007) but they wanted to charge an arm and a leg.
1) Should I try re-setting something before I try to replace the part?
1) Is this the correct part# for the UPPER relay board (or are they the same)
2) Are there instructions on how to replace?
You can turn the oven on broil and check on the relay board between L1 and broil and if there is 240 vac then you would want to replace the relay board. If there is not then it would be a different problem.
