Having issue with my side by side not getting cold enough to keep stuff in freezer frozen or anything in fridge cold. Cleaned coils under machine. Compressor is running. Fan working. Fan over evaporator coil in freezer working, but evap coil keeps frosting or freezing up on just the first coil. I have defrosted manually with a hair dryer, ohm tested heater element, and replaced defrost thermostat. Issue still the same. My question is, is there a way I can test board switch to see if bad before replacing?

ANSWER Hello Joe. Sorry, but it is not the switch board. The issue with the unit, based on your information is a restriction in the sealed system. You will need an HVAC technician to repair the unit.
