My refrigerator is less than 2 years old. Have had a problem with it just shutting down, The display has a flashing number 4. The freezer side usually stops working, sometimes both sides the freezer and the refrigerator. The service tech. didn't know for sure. He unplugged the electronics took everything out, put it back and it started working, this lasted a couple of months then I had the same problem. Could it be the Damper control or the Board switch?

ANSWER Hello John. If resetting the board fixes the issue for a while, then the board 241739712 is the issue, not the damer assembly.
