The igniter has a real bright white glow. I don't think it's the igniter.

ANSWER Hello Sam. If the igniter is good, then test and see if you have 3.4-3.8 volts ac at the gas safty valve 3203459. If so, and the valve is not opening, you will need to replace the valve. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter.
