Note: This question is for the older version of this part, but we thought you might still find it helpful
I am about to send the filter bypass back. I am unable to get it to stay in place. I see how it clicks in and its secure when I install it. When I apply presure by using the water feature on the door the filter pops out and the water stops flowing. The part looks good. Unfortunately I long disoposed of the filter that was in there before, so I cant compare them. Is this the right part, should I order another of the same or is there some trick to keeping the part in place? Thank you
ANSWER Hello Jeff. You will need to push the filter bypass in place until you feel it snap into the locked position. Hope this helps.
