My Frigidaire electric range quit working all together. When you try to turn on the cook top you hear a buzzing noise from the clock area. The oven will not turn on at all. Should I replace the EOC?

ANSWER Hello John. Make sure there is 240 volts coming to the unit. IUf so, and the buzzing is from the clock, replace the clock 316207522.
