I followed your directions included in an answer above. The panel is much looser but it feels like something is holding it in in or about the center. Could you please guide me to the remainder of the removal phase? Thanks a lot.

ANSWER Hello Isabel. If you followed the directions, the panel should be removed to access and replace the clock 318012903. You will need to look and see if there is more screws holding the panel in place.
