Is it very complicated to install a contol panel to the above oven?
ANSWER Hello Shelly,
Pull the unit out from the wall and unplug it. Then remove the six screws holding the panel on at the top behind the control panel. At this point, I recommend to take a few pictures from different angles with your cell phone for reassembly reference. Remove the four screws holding the clock assembly in. Remove the four knobs and the two screws from behind each that secure the infinite switches in place. There should be a couple of little indicator lights for the surface. These slide off of the lens. Removal of any wires is completely unnecessary as the components can simply hang from the wires while the panel is being changed. The only exception to this is the rocker switch as it has to be removed from the front of the panel, so the wires must be removed from it. Remove the screws in the front and rear of each end of the panel which hold the end caps on.
Be sure to keep up with all of the parts and if necessary, place them in order so you can reassemble in the reverse order.
