I have installed the EOC that was sent. My oven now works. The new EOC has a zip-tie around the yellow part on the back. Should the zip-tie be kept on or removed?

ANSWER Hello Ray,
You would want to leave the zip tie on the unit. They put it on the transformer to help keep in place because it is heavy and without the extra support could break off board.
