ANSWER Herb, Yes, Repalcing the control/clock 316557114 should solve your issue, as long as you're sure you don't have a damaged or burnt wire going to the control from the terminal block on the back of the range, and 240 VAC to the terminal block as well. Thanks, and Good Luck.
