Hello, I have changed my bake element on my Frigidaire stove and does not work, neither does the broil. What can be the problem?

ANSWER Hello Gudio. Check and make sure there is 240 volts coming to the unit and no wires are burnt on the unit. If not, and the element is new, you will need to order and replace the clock assembly 316557115 on the unit.
