Both of my heating elements are not working top and bottom. I have had this stove just 2 years, and it is a Kenmore. The elements hook up diffrent from your video. They hook up about a foot apart in back and on top. I just can not believe I have a stove just 2 years old that just goes out. I thought they would last at least 10 or more years. I guess everybody is cutting cost. I thought kenmore was a good brand. Do they stand behind there appliances. I work for company to not electronics though we guarantee our products we sell world wide. Someone should put a bug in to main office. Do I need to change the main board.
You will want to turn the unit on bake and check the control board between L1 and bake for 240 vac. If there is 240 vac then you would want to replaced the control board.
