All the touch pads on the control panel work and it displays correctly, but when delayed start or start pads are touched, nothing happens then the display turns off. Is this the touchpad or the control board? Thank you!
ANSWER Hello Todd,
This model has had issues with both the control 154815601 and the user interface 154791806. I would recommend to check the connections from one to the other by removing the connector and reconnecting, While you have the connector off, look a the pins on the control board that the ribbon cable connect to. If there are any signs of moisture damage, replace both. You will also need to replace the gasket 154478901 around the board since the dry cycle moisture is what generally gets into this assembly. Be aware that if the "console" touchpad has an issue and you connect it to a new control board, the new board will most likely be damaged.
