What level of expertise is needed to replace a control board on the dryer cited under appliance number? Can average homeowner do this job or best left to professional? Thanks
ANSWER Hey Marty. Replacing the control panel is not to bad of a job. You need to disconnect the power and remove the top panel to access the screws for the control panel. Next remove the screws securing the control panel to the unit. Once they are removed, you need to remove the control panel and remove the board from the panel. Install the new control board in reverse order.
