The dryer turns on, produces heat, then every few minutes starts beeping and blinking with an error code e68. Then it stops running shortly after. You can reset it and it will do the same thing time and time again. Please help the constant beeping is driving me crazy, I have gotta get it to shut up, with out breaking the bank!

ANSWER Hello S.S., The E-68 Fault Code is a stuck key fault code. If jiggling all of the buttons doesn't clear it, the user interface 134523200 will have to be replaced to clear the code and return the unit to normal operation. The procedure is as follows: Removing the top panel: 1. The top panel is held in place in the front by (3) plastic tabs on the console (2) metal tabs (one on each side) 2. Remove the (2) screws, slide the top back about 1/2 inch and lift the top off. Removing the console: 1. Disconnect the dryer from electrical supply and remove the top panel. 2. Remove the (4) screws, (2)on each side, holding the console to the front panel and roll the console forward. Removing the control board: 1. Disconnect the dryer from electrical supply and remove the top panel. 2. Remove the console. 3. Remove the (5) screws holding the control board to the console and lift to control off. Removing the control board’s rear cover: 1. Disconnect dryer from the electrical supply and remove the control board 2. Release the two locking tabs and roll the cover off of the control. Removing the interface board: 1. Disconnect dryer from the electrical supply and remove the control board. 2. With the control board removed, the interface board will lift out.
