HI I have this washer it will power on run just a little water then does nothing else. You can turn it to drain and it will drain just never can make it spin or wash. I ran diagnostic had error E5E so I unplugged my machine plugged it back in now I have error E41 my door works fine locks and unlocks so I dont know why its throwing the door lock code. I have unplugged all plugs on machine and plugged them back in I have checked the drains even the one under my tub. Any suggestions on what it could be? thank u

ANSWER Hello Cristy, The E5E error code indicates that there is a communication problem. You would want to check the wiring between the Main control and speed control. If wiring is good then you would replace the main control. If the problem persist then it would be a bad speed control. With the door lock error code the control is showing that the door is open which could be a bad control or bad door lock. If you do a continuity check on the j2 connector of the main board between the pins in the plug. If they show open then check the door strike to make sure that it is good. If it checks ok then replace the door lock and if closed replace main board. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html
