My unit goes thru the cycles but does not drain. I cant hear or see it drain during any part of the cycles. Does not matter which cycle I always have about 1 1/2 thru 2 inches of water in the bottom of unit. Help
ANSWER Jerry, First check the drain hose, and disposal make sure they're not kinked or clogged with debris or garbage. Then remove the lower access panel, you have a separate drain pump 154580301, Start a wash cycle for a minute or two, then press the cancel/start button, the dishwasher should run a 90 second drain cycle, listen for the drain pump to start and run. If you have access to a multi meter, you can disconnect the wiring from the drain pump, repeat the start and cancel procedure, if you have 120 VAC across the two wires to the pump, the control is OK, and the drain pump is at fault. if there is no voltage you'll need to check the wiring from the control board to the pump, then replace the control if all's OK.
