Freezer seems to be freezing but sometime over night it is losing temp. The ice is melting, causing water to come out of dispenser to floor. Some of the items are thawing out and then refreezing during day when freezer seems to be working fine. Everything seems to be working properly. Checked to make sure everything running and seems that overnite something is not kicking in?

ANSWER Hello Eric, It sounds as if though your unit is sticking in defrost or if the unit is sitting in temperatures below 55 degrees. The ambient temperature of the room must be above 55 degrees for the unit to operate properly. If the unit is sticking in defrost it may be a bad control board 5303918476
