On my refrigerator the crisper cover shelf the supports appear to be pushed in instead of twist in. When I attempted to pry them out there was a fair amount of resistance and the inner liner seemed to be pulling out. I didn't want to break anything, so what is the correct way to remove the old broken supports, install the new ones and the correct replacements for my model? Thanks for your help!
In the middle of the support you will see it looks like a circle. The way to get the support out is to get the pin that is in the center pulled out. When you get the pin pulled out you will be able to easily remove the support. When you install the new support you will need to tap the pin into place.
