Every time we push the water on the outside of the door, water leaks out of the top of the filter cup inside the fridge. What could be causing this?

ANSWER Hello Dean! Check the filter cup to make sure that filter cup 240434401 has not developed a leak. Also check the O-ring 218904301 inside the filter cup. If you have not changed the filter WF1CB in a while you may also try that. Hope this information helps!
