The Damper control assembly started making a perculating noise and the refrigerator side is warmer than it should be. I pulled the damper off and it looks like its been chewed up. Even with the damper off and the refrigerator running there is not any air flow from the freezer to refrigerator. Do I have other problems than just the damper?
ANSWER Hello Brian. You need to look for an ice blockage, bad fan motor, or defrost issue in the unit.
