My fridge gets warm after about 3 or 4 days. and there ice build up in the freezer. Inside the freezer and when I take the panel off it is solid ice in the coils. Can you tell me what's wrong?

ANSWER Hi Nancy. All brands have a defrost failure at one time or another. The defrost thermostat has to close (Freezing Temps.@14°) part # is 5303918202, and send the 120 vac to the defrost heater part # is 5303918208. The defrost Timer is part # 215846602. Use a thick flat blade to advance the timer into defrost -run-tine after the 2nd. heavy click. If it was sticky or hard to advance it then replace it. The thermostat and the timer are most of the 2/ of 3 parts that defect. Thank you.
