My refrigerator side is not working, but the freezer coil is frosting over, and some of the food is thawing. Do you have any idea what is happening?

ANSWER Hello Mike. If there is a defrost problem, you will need to test the heater 5303918255 and the thermostat 5303918214 to see if they are bad. They should read closed for continuity when cold. If they are good, and there is a defrost problem, you will need to replace the ADC IV board 5303918476. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter.
