When the freezer door is closed, the ice auger continues to run, the only way to turn it OFF is to open the door. As it is running in the auger mode, the switch panel reads "Cube" and does not change when other buttons are pressed.

ANSWER Hi David. Remove power. Remove Fountain controls to access the switch board assy. It is right behind the keypad. Is there a stuck cube switch? Unhook the ribbon cable from this to the power board part # 241708309. If the auger stops after unhooking the switch board, Then you will need to replace the switch board part # 241708309. Also double check the paddle switches to see if the ice switch is not stuck. Isolate this switch and see if it stops auger turning constantly. Part # 241689101. Thank You.
