I bought my dishwasher from Home Depot a couple of years ago. It came in factory box. I opened box and installed dishwasher. Ever since new, the door has no stops. It goes almost to the floor when the dish rack is pulled out the the dish rack will roll completely off of the door and across the floor. There are no springs on either door as shown on the schematic diagrams above. Is there any way I can get Frigidaire or Electrolux to supply the springs since they were not on the unit when purchased?
