Someone with the exact same product asked this question, but I did not see the response. Our microwave door has loose hinges on the bottom left. It hangs down when it is opened. Does this mean that the whole door needs to be replaced? It seems that the problem is more from within the panel, where a screw might have come loose that helped to keep the door upright. What do you think?
If the door hinge itself is sagging then you would want to remove the cabinet of the unit and see if there is a screw that holds the hinge. If there is then it may just need to be tightened. If there are no screws and it is welded and the weld has broken then the part would not be able to be fixed. If the door is cracked and causing the door to sag then you would need to replace the door.
