Hi when I open my fridge door it sags slightly and makes a small "bang" sound. To close the door I need to push very hard and lift the entire door slightly. What is the problem? Thank you

ANSWER Hello Sean. Check and see if the plate closer 240457701 is broke and needs to be replaced on the unit.
