My washer will not drain completly some times and will not high speed spin. I took the hose from tub to pump off and found over 8.00 in change. If I take the hose off the backside of the pump and let it drain out some it will then high speed spin. The pump is kind of noisy and I reseated the rubber piece inside the impeller worked one cycle.

It sounds like your drain pump impeller is damaged and pump 137108000 would need to be replaced.
